Introduce:
Small Feed Pellet Machine is frequently driven by electric motor or
diesel engine.
It is energy saving pellet machine for making feedstuff for animals
such as feed for rabbits, fish, chicken, pigs, sheep, cattle, etc.
A variety of raw materials like all grains such as corn, broomcorn,
barley and wheat,etc.can be processed into feed pellets.
Feed pelletizing process is easy in operation and low in cost, with
a high survival rate of biomass microorganism bacterium >90%.
Different from electric motor type,diesel pellet mill can be widely
used in the regiones which are short of electricity.
Simply turn on the switch, the diesel engine can start up and work
independently.

Details and characteristics:
1. Grinding Cavity
Pressure roll and grinding disc made of high quality chromium
manganese after high temperature quenching treatment, is ordinary
material 10-20 times wear resistance.
2. Adjusting Nut
Adjust the distance between the press roller and the grinding disc.
When making particles, be sure to keep the nuts on both sides
balanced and adjusted to avoid damage to the press roller and the
grinding disc.
3. Fuel Tank Cap
Equipped with oil window and oil ruler can accurately detect the
level of oil, it is recommended to add high quality mechanical oil
or hyperbolic load gear oil
4. Oil Nipple
Adopt pure copper spillproof nozzle to better protect the spindle
bearing (at least once a week is recommended) to regularly add
butter maintenance.

Application of small feed pellet machine
1. Granulation of bio-organic fertilizer using grass charcoal,
lignite, organic fertilizer sludge, straw, etc. as raw materials;
2. Granulation of compound fertilizer with chicken manure and other
organic fertilizer as the main raw material;
3. Granulation of cake fertilizer with bean cake as the main raw
material;
4. Pelleting of complete feed and mixed feed using corn, beans,
grass meal, etc. as raw materials;
5. Pelleting of bio-feed straw pellets with crop straws as raw
materials.
