Ring mold feed pellet machine how to prevent static electricity
About anti-static operation of ring mold feed pellet machine:
1. Before using the feed pelletizer, please check whether the
static grounding of the pelletizer is firm, otherwise wet powder
grinding operation is not allowed.
2. Is a single granulator used when grinding wet powder? You need
to transport a wet powder drum from the extracentricular chamber
one by one to the milling chamber and transport a drum after
grinding to avoid concentrated accumulation of particles and high
concentration of acetone in the space.
3. When using ring mold feed pellets, personnel can wear masks,
laundry gloves, anti-static underwear and anti-static shoes.
4. Do not use wet powder hammer and stainless steel barrel on the
granulator to impact the granulator bin, in order to avoid
electrostatic spark.
5. Before grinding, check the thermometer and hygrometer beside the
pelletizer? Ensure that the humidity is higher than 50%. If the
humidity in the space is below 50%, local humidification can be
done by using and watering before using the pelletizer until the
humidity in the space is above 50%. Otherwise, do not operate the
feed pelletizer.

Process:
1. Material Receiving & Cleaning System (Remove the impurity from
the material firstly.)
2. Grinding System. (Crushing the material into small particles
mash, which is suitable for different kind of animal.)
3. Batching System. (Computerized control, ensure the high accuracy
of the formulation of each kind of ingredients. )
4. Mixing System. (Mixing the mash material together with liquid
oil, molasses, vitamin..etc.)
5. Pelleting system ( Pellet press system, press the material into
the pellet.)
6. Cooling & Sieving System. ( Cool down the high temperature
pellet, remove the MC at the same time, classify the standard
quality pellet.)
7. Packing system.( Pack pellet in small bag 15-25kg/bag, or in
bulk storage as per needs.)
