This line is our company popular sales animal pellet feed making
plant,it can process all kinds of grain feed into pellet feed,use
to meet customer feeding chicken,duck,pig,cattle,rabbit,sheep,etc
feed pellet demand. The feed pellet making line production capacity
around 1-1.5t/h, 3-5t/h, 8-10t/h, 20t/h,30t/h 50t/h. During pellet
line produce pellet feed,it also can also produce mash feed for
chicken or pig feed,output 1.5-60t/h.
The Machine line is complete line, first the grain storage silo for
storing the material, then cleaning the grain ro prepare for next
processing, the cleaning material go to the crusher, after crusher,
then go to the mixer, the mixing material go to the pellet machine,
the pellet go to cooling machine, then through the crumble to get
the feed, then go to the sifting to sieve the crumble feed, to get
the uniform pellet, then go for packing machine.

Process of animal feed production machine:
1. Hammer Mill:
Widely used in feed mills, food factories, livestock farms, etc;
Used for crushing various kinds of pellet raw materials such as
corn, sorghum, wheat, bean, wood chip, etc; it's an ideal general
type hammer mill;
Rotor has passed high precision balance test; small vibration and
long service life;
The hammer, screen and pin axle have gone through special heat
treatment; they have a long service life and high crushing effect;
The operating door has a self-locking mechanism, convenient, safe
and reliable.
2. Feed Mixer:
HJJ series of horizontal ribbon mixer is suitable for concentrated
feed, the full price of powdered feed mixing.
Specially designed nesting institutions open angle, rapid
discharge, fast discharge, small residues.
Double helix ribbon hybrid mixed in no dead ends, short cycle.
Designed with liquid oils to add pipe.
Pneumatic or manual door opening mechanism, convenient and
reliable.

3. Feed Pellet Machine :
